Job Description:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing an excellent customer experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the firm. You’ll answer the phones, process incoming & outgoing mail, and assist in ordering supplies.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain an organized filing system for client records, legal documents, and correspondence.
Process and sort incoming mail and faxes.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or higher preferred).
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., fax, copier).
A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Knowledge of personal injury law or legal terminology is a plus.
$20 – $24/hour depending on qualifications
