Downstream Product Manager – Precision Oncology & Spatial Biology

As we expand our global footprint, we’re looking for a strategically minded and execution-driven Downstream Product Manager to drive the success of our commercial-stage product lines.
This role is ideal for someone with strong life sciences expertise, a commercial mindset, and a digital marketing-driven approach—ready to turn scientific innovation into market success and enable cross-functional teams to thrive.
 Your Key Responsibilities
·        Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies for launched products.
·        Define competitive positioning, core messaging, and differentiated value propositions.
·        Lead the development of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and customer targeting plans.
·        Design and deliver training programs for internal sales teams, field application specialists, and customers.
·        Create high-impact marketing collateral—including presentations, brochures, case studies, product guides, and digital content.
·        Equip the commercial team with battlecards, objection-handling tools, and sales enablement kits.
·        Capture and analyze voice-of-customer insights through direct engagement with clients, KOLs, and partners.
·        Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Product Development, and Clinical Affairs to align strategy and execution.
 What You Bring to the Table
·        4–7 years of experience in downstream product management, marketing, or commercial strategy in life sciences, molecular diagnostics, or spatial omics.
·        Proven track record of launching and scaling high-growth scientific products.
·        Strong understanding of oncology workflows, lab processes, and the needs of researchers, pathologists, and clinicians.
·        Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex science into compelling commercial messaging.
·        Experience in pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, sales training, and product adoption.
·        Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., CRM, CMS, email automation).
·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotech, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
