I’m working with a large national litigation firm looking to add a Product Liability Attorney who can work remotely from anywhere in California. Interesting cases, serious clients and a career that doesn’t require donating several hours a week to traffic.
Salary: $135,000 to $190,000, depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:
- Defend manufacturers and other businesses in product liability litigation
- Take and defend depositions and handle substantive motion practice
- Work closely with experts and develop case strategy
- Attend hearings, mediations and prepare cases for trial
What you’ll have:
- 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, ideally including product liability or insurance defense
- Experience handling discovery, depositions and substantive motions
- Strong writing skills and the confidence to take ownership of matters
- Admitted to The California Bar
