Product Liability Associate Attorney

Location:
Milwaukee Office
* Responsibilities:
* Handle federal and state civil litigation with a focus on personal injury and product liability defense
* Manage all aspects of civil cases, including fact and expert discovery
* Draft and argue procedural, evidentiary, and dispositive motions
* Participate in court conferences, hearings, and trials
* Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
** Qualifications
* ** 4-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation
* Experience in personal injury and/or product liability defense preferred
* Proficiency in handling all phases of civil litigation
* Excellent academic credentials
* Strong organizational skills
* Enthusiasm for client service and a passion for litigation
