The Opportunity:
Our Client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate or mid-level patent agent to join our Product Design & User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to all our firm offices, with a preference for Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, or St. Louis.
Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering and industry experience and superb writing and communication skills.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science.
Preferred experience in:
Software related technologies;
Artificial intelligence related technologies;
IOT, networking, and related technologies;
Quantum technologies.
JD and admission to the USPTO required for associate candidates. USPTO admission required for patent agent candidates.
