We handle a high volume of cases and are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing excellent client service.
Schedule meetings and organize attorney calendars.
Assist with filing, organizing legal documents, and maintaining file cabinets.
Support the paralegal in client communications and case management.
Collect and process client payments.
Assist in office operations, including administrative tasks and team coordination.
Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Provide professional support in a fast-paced, high-demand legal setting.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and multitask.
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
Professional demeanor and ability to handle demanding clients with patience and professionalism.
Previous experience in a legal setting is a plus but not required.
