Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal instruments.
Conduct thorough legal research on elder law and estate planning issues to support case strategies.
Assist in client consultations and meetings, providing compassionate, attentive, and personalized service.
Manage and organize client files and cases with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters, contributing to effective case management.
Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout the legal process.
Maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar or eligibility to become admitted.
Strong analytical and legal research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
