A leading financial services/fintech company is seeking a Contracts Manager to support their Procurement team on an interim (3 month initial term), full-time (40 hours per week) basis.

Pay Rate: $65 – $77 / hr

Job Description:
You’ll play a key role in helping the company scale commercial support across both partner integrations and merchant deals, working closely with business stakeholders to review, manage, and finalize contracts that shape how we go to market.
The ideal candidate has strong contracts management experience, an eye for detail, and comfort navigating a range of commercial agreement types—from technology integrations and referral partnerships to merchant agreements and platform deals. You’ll work alongside Commercial counsel to manage the contract lifecycle efficiently, spot risks, and support fast, thoughtful negotiations.
You Will:
Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales agreements, including intake, redlining, approvals, and execution.
Draft and revise commercial terms using templates, in coordination with legal counsel.
Coordinate with internal teams across Counsel, Finance, InfoSec, Privacy, and other, to align on contract positions and approvals.
Identify and escalate legal and commercial risks and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Track contracts and maintain organized documentation using our tools and systems
You Have:
7+ years of contracts management experience, ideally in a tech, fintech, or fast-paced commercial environment.
Familiarity with a range of commercial agreements.
Excellent writing, redlining, and issue-spotting skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with CLM tools (Malbek, Docusign, etc.) and collaborative document management.
A proactive, collaborative, business-friendly approach and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree required; legal training (e.g. JD, LLB, paralegal certificate) a plus.
