**Job Posting:
Donley Law Firm, P.L.L.C. is seeking a professional paralegal with a degree in Paralegal Studies or experience as a paralegal.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare petitions, motions, notices, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research on LexisNexis.
Utilize Florida E-Courts filing system.
Manage calendar for attorneys.
Schedule consultations, client meetings, and court appearances.
Answer in-bound telephone calls, and make out-bound calls.
Utilize MyCase case management software.
Assemble and organize client files.
Perform case intake and closures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements:
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Skilled in preparing clear, concise, and accurate documents.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
Ability to conduct legal research and organize discovery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
