Litigation Attorney – Immediate Opening
Our firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented litigation attorney to join our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with foundational litigation experience who is ready to take on meaningful responsibilities in a dynamic legal environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of litigation experience (judicial clerkship experience is preferred and will be credited)
Admission to the bar in New York and/or New Jersey
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage case files independently and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and effective client communication skills
Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Appear in court for conferences and motion arguments
Manage discovery and trial preparation
Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
