Cruser Mitchell, a nationally recognized litigation firm known for our creative and innovative defense strategies, ishiring! We are seeking Litigation Associate Attorneys for our growing Atlanta office. We are dedicated to fostering the success and professional growth of our attorneys through comprehensive training, mentorship, and meaningful client engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of litigation experience including pre-complaint investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation.
Skills: Strong legal research, written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and skills to develop and implement efficient strategies to resolve claims against our clients.
Motivation: A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong project management skills.
Licensing: You must currently be in good standing with the Georgia State Bar. J.D. required.
