A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Probate & Property Solicitor to join its growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload across probate, estate administration, wills, and conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will work closely with private clients, providing expert legal advice and managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing probate and estate administration matters.
- Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and related private client documentation.
- Handling residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
- Advising clients on property purchases, sales, transfers, and succession planning.
- Managing client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor admitted to practice in Ireland.
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE.
- Strong experience in probate, private client, and conveyancing matters.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client management skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
