Our probate and estate planning law firm is seeking a candidate who shares our firm’s purpose of helping families navigate the complexities of the legal world after they have lost a loved one. We need an organized and detailed paralegal who will be an integral member as we lead our clients through the process of probate or trust administration. We need someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and finds purpose in helping people through difficult times. No worries, we will train you and you won’t be left to “figure it all out” on your own! You will assist with the drafting and preparation of legal documents, e-filing court documents, scheduling appointments and hearings, handling office correspondence including answering phone calls/texts and emails, and ensuring all deadlines are met on time. Ultimately, you will work with our team and have clients who you will develop a relationship with as you aid them with their legal and personal needs.
This position offers purposeful work as we help families who are going through one of the worst periods of their lives by giving them guidance, direction, and peace of mind. It is a relational position too, as you will get to know our teammates, clients, and their families. We host an awesome Christmas Party and Wine Tasting too. Compensation: $24 – $27 hourly
