Probate Litigation Paralegal – HNW Disputes
Wolf Global is seeking an experienced paralegal to support the high net worth disputes practice of Wolf, P.A., as well as the private client practice of Wolf Global.
Depending on the candidate, this may be a part-time or full-time position.
Responsibilities
Wolf Global and Wolf, P.A. focus on high priority, high exposure matters. In this role, you will support attorneys representing international private clients in matters including trusts and estates litigation, probate matters, and other high-stakes cases in state and federal courts.
Qualifications
Candidates must have extensive experience supporting high-stakes litigation, exceptional writing skills, and be comfortable handling cross-border, cross-cultural matters.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge of civil and probate procedure rules.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Efficient project prioritization skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to liaise with senior executives, law firm partners, VVIPs, and staff.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
