Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations pertinent to civil litigation matters for the law firm based in Coral Gables, FL, US.

Summarize and evaluate legal documents to support attorneys in preparing cases effectively.

Create, revise, and review legal paperwork, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, for the firm’s probate litigation cases.

Manage and organize case files meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all documents.

Coordinate the production of documents, including the preparation of exhibits and materials for depositions, in collaboration with the legal team.
