Our client, a well-established law firm known for high-quality legal services, is seeking an experienced Probate & Conveyancing Solicitor to join our friendly and supportive team. This full-time role is office-based with an immediate start available, offering a dynamic work environment.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Take instructions for and draft wills.
- Attend court as required for probate and conveyancing matters.
- Handle files independently with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Manage executor residential sales and property transactions on behalf of Executors/Administrators/Beneficiaries.
- Deal with transmissions of freehold and unregistered titles as needed.
About You:
- Ability to work independently while delivering excellent client service.
- Experience in managing a full caseload of probate and conveyancing files with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Keyhouse case management system is advantageous but not essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in probate and conveyancing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
