We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated associate attorney to join our team . As an associate attorney, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Independently handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody/support, spousal support, restraining orders, and other related legal issues.
Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, financial disclosures, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
Prepare for and conduct depositions, witness examinations, and present oral arguments in court on family law matters.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex legal arguments clearly and convincingly.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
