Probate and Estate Planning Paralegal – Pinellas County, FL
The Diamond Law Firm, P.A., located in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, is seeking a full-time Probate Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience handling probate and trust administration matters. This is an in-person position at our office.
Responsibilities
- Draft and file probate pleadings, accountings, and related documents
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Maintain case files and track important deadlines
- Support attorneys in all aspects of probate and trust administration
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of probate experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues
