Job Overview
Your task is to sue a billion dollar automotive corporation. Former employee is suing for Reverse Discrimination. You win this case and we both can retire in Hawaii. This position is contingency based.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, wills, trusts, and pleadings.
Provide legal advice on reverse discrimination.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations as required.
Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the law office to ensure effective case management.
Utilize Lexis-Nexis and other legal research tools to gather relevant case law and statutes.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their rights, obligations, and options under the law.
Qualifications: TEXAS BAR.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. TEXAS BAR.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in legal research and writing; familiarity with Lexis-Nexis is preferred.
Strong knowledge of reverse discrimination.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex legal issues.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to clients.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
