Our client is a well-established UAE-based distribution and trading group with a strong presence across multiple sectors. With a long-standing footprint in the UAE market, the organisation is known for its strong operational backbone, regulatory compliance, and deep-rooted government and business relationships.
They are now looking to hire a PRO Manager / Lead to take full ownership of all government relations, licensing, and immigration activities across the business.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end government relations and PRO operations
- Manage UAE visa processes (new, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medicals)
- Oversee trade licence renewals, amendments, and company registrations
- Act as the key liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour, immigration, and licensing regulations
- Maintain accurate records and manage all government documentation
- Track expiry timelines and ensure timely renewals across entities
- Support HR and leadership teams with all government-related requirements
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a PRO / Senior PRO / Government Relations Lead in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration, and licensing processes
- Hands-on experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA and other government portals
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and compliance mindset
- Arabic language skills preferred (not mandatory)
