Private Wealth Services Associate (Mid-Level)
The Austin office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm, has an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join their growing Private Wealth Services Practice in the Austin office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, trust and estate administration, and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
In addition, the candidate must have a background practicing trusts and estates in a law firm setting. An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred, though not required if you have a solid trusts and estates background. You must be in good standing with the Texas Bar, or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar. Admission to the Florida Bar would be helpful to support the group’s multi-jurisdictional practice.
Winning candidates should have large law firm or acclaimed boutique experience, a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
