Private Investment Funds Associate (Boise, ID; Dallas, TX; New York, NY; Salt Lake City, UT)
Our client, large, global law firm, is seeking a Private Investment Funds Associate with five to six years of experience to join the Corporate Group in our Boise, Dallas, New York, or Salt Lake City office. This associate will work with sponsors of and investors in investment funds and other investment vehicles in structuring, offering, managing, investing and related regulatory matters. Additionally, this associate will deal directly with partners and clients and should have an interest in contributing to a fast-paced practice with substantial client contact.
The following qualifications are required:
– A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
– Five to six years of experience with investment fund formation (closed-end and open-end private funds), investment management experience, and Investment Advisers Act regulatory experience
– Idaho, Texas, New York, or Utah bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Idaho, Texas, New York, or Utah
Salary is dependent on experience and location. For New York and Dallas applicants only, the salary range for this position is $255,000 – $350,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area.
