Private Equity Finance Associate (Borrower-Side) – Chambers-Ranked Practice of Am Law 50 Firm
About the Position:
Our client, an international Am Law 50 firm with a preeminent banking practice, is actively seeking a finance lawyer to join the firm as an associate. This firm’s Chambers-ranked banking practice advises financial institutions, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on hundreds of financings valued at hundreds of billions of dollars each year.

Responsibilities:
· Advise companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings
Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience
· Experience with borrower-side representation strongly preferred
· Stellar academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is 225,000 – $395,000.
