Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor – Private Client TSR Legal are currently working with a highly regarded multi office firm, who are ere seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate or Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join the firms well-established and growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to manage a
diverse
caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and support to a broad range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on all aspects of private client work, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning. Managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision. Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families to develop tailored legal solutions. Supporting elderly clients and vulnerable adults with sensitivity and
professionalism
. Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide a holistic client service.
Supporting junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the department. Engaging in business development and networking activities to promote the team’s services. Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 4 years’ PQE in private client law. Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts,
tax planning
, and mental capacity matters. STEP qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable. Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to build lasting relationships and provide empathetic, clear legal advice. A proactive and
collaborative team
player with strong organisational skills.
