AJ Chambers is partnered with a long-standing and well-established law firm based in the City of London recruiting for a Private Client Paralegal.
This is an opportunity for a paralegal experienced in private client matters to join an established department in a London firm.
The role involves supporting our lawyers with a varied caseload of Private Client matters with a particular focus on:
Wills
Grant of Probate
Administration of estates
Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection deputyship applications
Trust administration
The successful candidate must have the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge in the areas outlined above.
Knowledge, skills, and experience
Essential
Experience and knowledge in private client work
The ability to work in a client-facing role
Good technical knowledge
IT skills, including Word and Excel
Desirable
LPC – There will be the opportunity to apply for a training contract in the firm after 1 year
Driving licence – To assist with home and hospital visits to our clients
