Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking for your next career move? We are currently working with a reputable law firm based in Woolton, Liverpool, who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Private Client team. , handling a range of private client matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting solicitors with managing client files related to wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, letters of administration, and trust documents.
Supporting clients with the preparation of probate applications and obtaining the relevant documents.
Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and provide regular updates.
Conducting legal research and assisting with the preparation of case files.
Communicating with external agencies, such as the Probate Registry, HMRC, and financial institutions.
Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to relevant regulations and procedures.
About You:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Private Client role or similar legal background.
Knowledge of probate, wills, trusts, and estate administration processes.
Strong communication skills
, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent
attention to detail
and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Proactive and self-motivated with a
strong work ethic

Ideally, you will have a law degree or legal qualification, but this is not essential if you have the relevant experience.
