As a Private Client Legal Secretary, your duties and responsibilities will include:

– • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client team, including diary management, billing prep, and call screening.

• Typing correspondence, opening files, managing incoming and outgoing post, and ensuring all documentation is accurately filed.

• Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, particularly during sensitive legal processes such as Wills, Probate, or LPAs.

• Preparing straightforward legal documents and assisting with basic legal tasks under supervision.

• Supporting colleagues and other departments with reception and postal duties as required.

– • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Private Client department.

• Excellent written and verbal
