Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Private Client Legal Counsel to join a renowned Trust business in St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands
This is a unique role enabling the successful candidate to report directly to the Head of Legal and to get stuck into a varied work load.
The Channel Islands have so much to offer from low taxes, idyllic beaches, a huge expat legal network and plenty of outdoor activities and sports on offer.
Duties and responsibilities of the Private Client Lawyer:
Broad caseload on offer including providing advice to the board, on trusts, companies and other offshore structures too.
You will also support and assist legal, tax and regulatory compliance.
Understand client tax matters as they relate to all aspects of the business.
Work as a team
Background:
You will be a Private Client lawyer who qualified as a Jersey Advocate or is UK qualified.
Minimum 4PQE in Private Client matters
Offshore experience is required
STEP qualified is ideal.
