A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Private Client Fee Earner to join their established team in their Nuneaton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to develop their career within a highly respected and supportive legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
Assist senior members of the team with complex matters as required.
Maintain high standards of client care and file management.
Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives where appropriate.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Private Client department.
Fee Earning Experience.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
with a client-focused approach.
Excellent
attention to detail
and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a
collaborative team
