Privacy and Data Compliance Legal Counsel – Technology Firm Direct message the job poster from Larson Maddox Privacy and Data Compliance Legal Counsel – Technology Firm My client is a leading and growing Technology Firm and we are recruiting for a Data Compliance Legal Counsel to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all legal related matters in the region and work closely with stakeholders in the market.
Responsibilities Prepare and draft legal documents across general commercial contracts, HR, employment, IP/privacy financing, etc.
Develop and implement a data compliance (including data privacy and protection) framework.
Provide full legal support, render legal advice, and handle legal agreements in
respect
of a broad spectrum of matters.
Liaise with external counsels where necessary.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent law qualification is preferred.
7+ years of relevant law firm experience / in-house experience, with a focus on data privacy, data protection, and data compliance.
Able to work independently.
