Description

Title: Privacy Analyst

The Privacy Analyst will support compliance across the enterprise with a focus on privacy matters. This role will support global privacy compliance initiatives, including our cross-functional privacy rights process and privacy assessment process. The Analyst will work closely with other members of the Legal Privacy, Marketing & Retail Operations team, as well as cross-functional partners, including members of the Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage OneTrust privacy platform technology, which includes the administration of the platform as a whole as well as specific modules such as (i) data mapping, (ii) privacy rights, (iii) assessments, and (iv) cookie consent management
  • Execute privacy rights request process, including managing requests from intake to completion, updating workflows and training new system owners
  • Perform privacy assessments, as well as data protection impact assessments when required, on various data-centric initiatives with goal of identifying, analyzing, and minimizing privacy risks
  • Manage the privacy e-mail inbox, which includes reviewing customer requests/concerns/queries and determining how to best handle them, e.g., delegating to an appropriate stakeholder
  • Create, update, maintain privacy program metrics
  • Support publication and dissemination of new and updated privacy policies
  • Update and maintain global privacy program process documentation (e.g., Privacy Rights Playbook, Do Not Sell Playbook, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of privacy training materials
  • Collaborate on the continued development and maintenance of the Company’s global privacy program
  • Support other global privacy efforts as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Privacy experience at a large global company is a must
  • Experience with OneTrust is a must
  • 2 – 5 years privacy experience, 5 – 8 years of general work experience preferred
  • Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners
  • Critical thinking, ownership of work
  • Team player, willing to collaborate and work closely with team
  • Solution-oriented with ability to drive initiatives to completion
  • IAPP certification, a plus
  • PowerBI experience, a plus
  • A general understanding of the interplay between privacy and technology issues, showcasing an ability to address privacy concerns within a technological context
