Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has recently graduated from law school and is awaiting Texas bar exam results or who is newley licensed. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in family law under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues.
Attend client meetings, hearings, and mediations alongside senior attorneys.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Awaiting results from the Texas Bar Exam/Newley Licensed.
Strong interest in family law practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
