Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic. As an Associate Attorney, you will work collaboratively within our law office to provide high-quality legal services and support to our clients. This job will provide a great amount of courtroom exposure, and will be a perfect fit for anyone interested in litigation.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and estate planning documents.
Represent clients in negotiations and mediations, advocating for their best interests.
Assist senior attorneys in case management and trial preparation.
Maintain organized case files and documentation using legal administrative tools.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their cases and address any concerns.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
