Position: Pricing Manager – Global Law Firm
Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Pricing & Value Manager to join one of our growing, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. In this role, the ideal candidate will be joining an established pricing function to enhance pricing strategies. Role Responsibilities Develop, negotiate, and implement custom pricing models aligned with client and firm goals.
Advise attorneys on pricing strategies tailored to specific practice areas and industries. Model and present pricing scenarios, highlighting risks and opportunities. Enhance pricing strategies, especially within the UK corporate practice. Mentor and potentially manage junior team members or analysts. Collaborate with Finance, Legal
Project Management
, and Business Development on pricing initiatives and workflow improvements. Support business development with creative, competitive pricing proposals.
Lead pricing
education
efforts for attorneys and business services teams. Review client engagement terms to ensure compliance with firm policies. Research market trends and benchmarks to identify pricing opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics). 4 years of relevant experience in professional services; law firm experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
