Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Presuit Case Manager to join our dynamic team, committed to delivering exceptional client-centered care. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage pre-litigation case processes, ensuring excellent communication with clients. Your expertise will help facilitate timely resolution of cases, optimize client outcomes, and support the overall efficiency of our clinical and legal workflows. Responsibilities
- Assist in intake, claim-opening process, entering information into the CMS.
- Speaking directly with clients and answering their questions (when they aren’t legal questions).
- Answering phone calls on behalf of the firm and transferring calls appropriately.
- Working directly with partners in weekly meetings, case review, and strategy sessions.
- Obtaining treatment information and assisting with client appointments when necessary.
- Requesting medical records and bills.
- Assisting with case closing paperwork under close supervision of a partner.
- Friendly, positive, and Plaintiff-minded attitude.
- Ensuring seamless communication on behalf of clients with insurance adjusters.
Experience
- Managing 40+ cases in a fast-paced, constantly evolving workflow.
- Working in a team-oriented and client-centered environment.
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office platform (Outlook and Word, at the very least).
- Professional communication skills that include appropriate etiquette to clients and other team members.
- Previous experience in Personal Injury law.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
