Duties

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders to enhance firm growth.
Ensure full compliance with relevant estate planning, probate, and tax laws, offering expert legal counsel to clients.
Collaborate with firm leadership to improve operational efficiency and maintain steady growth.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and litigation.
Proven experience in managing and leading a legal team or firm.
Extensive experience handling complex probate disputes and estate-related litigation.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of driving team success.
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to grow and lead a legal practice.
Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
