The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of transactional commercial real estate law experience. The ideal candidate will have experience representing parties in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development, possess superior drafting and negotiation skills, and can handle significant project responsibility.
Strong academics are required.
