Responsibilities
Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
Establish a professional rapport with all clients
Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
Advise clients throughout the entire legal process, from intake through litigation
Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner
