West Palm Beach law firm is seeking a full-time secretary/assistant. Applicant MUST have legal experience, know dictation, know WordPerfect and Word, able to manage client emails/texts, be organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities will include typing and dictation, E-filing, preparing pleadings/Orders, managing court schedule, scheduling appointments, answering phones and other clerical duties.
Compensation: TBD

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
