Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and motivated attorney to join our team in Hawaii. You will work closely with our experienced staff, gaining valuable hands-on experience in real estate and transactional law. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

 Legal research, drafting documents, and preparing for closings and

transactions. Appearances for hearings.

 Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including title searches, property

assessments, and contract reviews. Motion drafting and research.

 Prepare and file legal documents with relevant government agencies and courts.

 Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.

 Perform tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Requirements:

 Hawaii Bar required.

 Understanding real estate, civil, and transactional law principles.

 Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

 Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation based on experience.
