Responsibilities
Oversee client cases, manage vehicle damage claims, assist with client treatments, and collect required documentation.
Create settlement demands, draft settlement statements, and negotiate reductions.
Aid in resolving claims, preparing for legal proceedings, and handling various administrative duties.
Uphold professionalism and ensure excellence in all aspects of work. This role necessitates consistent adherence to established procedures, patience, and accountability. You will contribute to the team’s success by achieving relevant outcomes as necessary. You will work closely with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney, receiving supervision and training.
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Compensation:
$25 per hour
