Our firm is seeking a full-time legal assistant/demand writer to join our energetic and rapidly growing personal injury law firm. The legal assistant/demand writer will be responsible following job duties:
- Review and compile documentation such as medical and billing records
- Draft demand letters
- Maintain accurate records of settlements and related details
- Manage incoming settlement offers
- Correspond with insurance adjusters
- Communicate with clients and address any questions they may have regarding the settlement process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
