Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Contract Coordinator with a strong background in real estate and property management. This position requires an individual who can handle contracts for a variety of real estate transactions, including foreclosure agreements, property leasing, and title coordination. The role demands flexibility, as contracts may need to be prepared at random times, and the individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess real estate experience, including the ability to show and lease properties. Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:
Manage and coordinate contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with legal, title, and internal teams to facilitate contract execution, amendments, and resolutions.
Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to identify discrepancies, issues, or potential risks.
Real Estate Coordination:
Assist in property management and leasing activities, including showing properties and helping secure leases.
Support the team in the acquisition and disposition of properties, ensuring all relevant paperwork and contracts are handled appropriately.
Provide guidance on real estate contracts, property management, and lease agreements.
Foreclosure Contract Preparation:
Assist with the preparation of foreclosure-related contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Work closely with attorneys, the title company, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and correct processing of foreclosure documents.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, real estate agents, title companies, and legal teams.
Monitor contract timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between various internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of contracts.
Auditing and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide support and advice on contract-related matters, including the interpretation of terms and dispute resolution.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
Be ready to create contracts at random times, with at least 24 hours per week dedicated to contract-related activities.
Respond to urgent contract needs and be adaptable to changing priorities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Real Estate Experience (Preferred):
Prior experience in real estate or property management is highly preferred.
Ability to assist with property showings and leasing activities.
Knowledge of foreclosure processes is a plus (training will be provided).
Contract Management:
Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition.
Experience reviewing contracts and working closely with legal and title teams.
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing schedules.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients effectively.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
Experience using real estate management systems is a plus.

Additional information

Hourly Rate:
$20-$22 per hour for candidates without real estate experience.
$23-$25 per hour for candidates with relevant experience.
Work Schedule:
At least 24 hours per week, with 3 days in-office.
Flexibility is required to accommodate urgent contract preparation.

Must be able to work at the office location as needed.
