Do you like writing and editing? We are hiring a full-time drafting assistant or paralegal for our growing law firm in Edmonds where we provide estate planning and estate administration services. We are a flexible, family-friendly firm, and we deeply value kindness and professionalism.
The role is primarily oriented around drafting legal documents like Wills, Powers of Attorney, and probate documents for multiple attorneys. Prior legal drafting experience is desirable, but we are willing to train the right person. Strong attention to detail is a must, as is problem-solving, concentration, diligence, and independence.
Required technical skills include proficiency with Microsoft Word, some Microsoft Excel, and some Adobe Acrobat.
Starting hourly compensation ranges from $22-$30/hour depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and scheduled raises.

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
