CourtAlert is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Success Engineer to lead our technical support team, serving key clients like Docketing Teams, Managing Attorneys, and Managing Clerks. This role is ideal for someone with either a background in legal docketing or experience managing tech-focused support groups. You’ll work closely with these legal professionals to provide tailored support, ensuring they maximize the value of CourtAlert’s products. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and Support the Team: Oversee the support team’s operations, fostering a client-first approach to address inquiries, issue resolutions, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Docketing Teams, Managing Attorneys, and Managing Clerks, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide customized support.
Coordinate Issue Resolution and Communication: Manage and delegate inquiries and escalations to ensure timely and effective responses, collaborating with other teams as needed for complex cases.
Foster Product Expertise and Knowledge Sharing: Become a CourtAlert product expert through comprehensive training, leading team knowledge-sharing sessions and helping clients maximize product use.
Team Training and Development: Mentor and coach support team members, providing training on client communication, legal docketing basics, or support tools, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Gather and Report Client Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback to communicate clients’ needs and trends to internal teams, supporting product development and service enhancement initiatives.
The Right Candidate Will:
Bring Legal Docketing or Tech Support Management Experience: Ideal candidates will have either 2-4 years in a legal docketing or paralegal role, or experience managing support teams in a technology-focused environment.
Exhibit Strong Client Service and Relationship-Building Skills: Capable of building trusted relationships with legal professionals, understanding their goals, and delivering responsive, client-centered support.
Be Eager to Grow in Technical Skills: Comfortable with learning new technologies and tools (like JIRA or other ticketing software) and leveraging them to enhance service delivery, even if they’re new to support management tools.
Demonstrate Excellent Communication Abilities: The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and skilled at communicating across a range of roles, from docketing professionals to IT managers and business leaders, to effectively address and resolve outstanding issues. You excel at coordinating and collaborating with multiple teams, ensuring smooth cross-functional communication and alignment.
Display Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Skilled at understanding client issues, troubleshooting, and adapting to evolving client needs or support processes.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience or knowledge of JIRA, SQL and Microsoft Cloud platforms.
Strong proficiency in technical terminology and the ability to communicate complex tech concepts clearly
