The Firm is seeking a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter, able to work independently or collaboratively, has excellent oral and written skills, is detailed oriented, is a tactful negotiator, and who is willing to take on new and exciting challenges.
Highlighted responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis to support litigation cases.
Drafting legal documents and pleadings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Representing clients in court and during negotiations.
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing effective legal advice.
Maintaining organized case files and managing deadlines to ensure timely case progression.

Applicants must possess a Virginia State Bar license. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience. Candidates that do not meet these requirements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
