We are working on behalf of Labaton Keller Sucharow, a highly acclaimed complex litigation firm, to recruit a Practice Group Specialist to support the Case Evaluation and Client Development Teams who will work alongside their prominent litigation attorneys.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer, the Specialist will have the following key responsibilities:
· Prepare initial drafts of client reports and proofread case updates based on attorney-provided materials.
· Maintain calendars, update internal tracking programs, and manage client records.
· Assist with assembling and tailoring case materials for clients while supporting business development attorneys in evaluating prospective clients and preparing client pitches.
· Conduct research on potential and filed cases.
Credentials:
· A bachelor’s degree is required.
· 5+ years of experience in marketing or client services, with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in legal and business research platforms, including Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, Refinitiv, and S&P Global, as well as office programs like Word, Excel, Access, and Adobe.
· Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills and expertise in internet research.
· A finance background or knowledge of financial investments and securities litigation is a plus.
Salary Range
$115,0000 – $130,000 based on experience and qualifications.
