We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Legal Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to our legal team. This role involves client interaction, office management, and assistance with legal tasks. Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and greeting clients.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining office records.
Assist attorneys with basic legal tasks, including filing documents and organizing case files.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email, and manage the official office email account.
Support office logistics, such as ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
Assist attorneys and case managers in communicating with Spanish-speaking clients, including translating documents and facilitating conversations.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Experience in a legal setting is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
