This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm, handling a high-quality caseload with genuine opportunities for long-term progression.
The Role You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Landlord and tenant matters Commercial leases and lease renewals Property development transactions Refinancing and secured lending matters Portfolio management work Alongside other commercial property matters Alongside your own caseload, you will also:
Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team Develop and maintain strong client relationships Play an active role in business development and networking activities Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
A Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property Technically strong with experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters Confident managing files independently from instruction through to completion Commercially minded with strong business development skills An excellent communicator with outstanding client-care abilities Proactive, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment If you have the relevant experience and are looking to join a dynamic and growing team, we would love to hear from you.
