Position: 3-5 PQE Commercial Litigation Associate opportunity
Are you a UK-qualified barrister or solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE seeking an
exciting
move to Dubai? A leading regional disputes boutique is looking for a talented associate to join its growing team.
The Role:
Work on high-value commercial litigation in the DIFC Courts, acting for a
diverse
client base, including corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Join a specialist team led by two highly regarded partners, alongside internationally qualified lawyers.
Handle complex cross-border disputes, working closely with clients and counsel. Requirements: 3-5 years’ PQE, UK-qualified barrister with a strong background in commercial litigation.
Experience in DIFC litigation is advantageous but not essential.
Strong drafting and case management skills.
A proactive and commercial approach to dispute resolution.
